Job Description

Duplays was founded in 2007, to bring strangers together through the spirit of competition, by organizing sports leagues and teams for a myriad of recreational activities aiming to increase public health and shatter segregation through sport. Today, we embark on not just organizing high-quality sport experiences but building best-in-class multisport facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.We?re joining Sports for All (SFA) on an exciting and groundbreaking mission, to increase the publics participation in recreational activities. Our facilities, at 7,000 sq. meters plus, will be home to various sports, offering a temperature controlled, open space for individual customers, academies and federations to play the games they love.As a result, we?re seeking a Social Media Specialist. Based in Duplays HQ in Dubai, with potential to manage multiple locations, you will have a passion for content creation with a thorough understanding of new technologies, trends and ways to cut through a cluttered environment.Reporting into the Marketing Manager in Saudi Arabia, in this role you will collaborate with our Marketing Agency and across the business to create consistent and meaningful content.The ideal candidate will be a fitness enthusiast with the passion to drive community engagement and generate growth of new clients and customers. Youll have an innovative mindset and enjoy engaging with multiple audiences to gather ideas and feedback for event production.Challenges you will tackle:

  • Creating content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Managing the content calendar for social media programs, ensuring that all posts are ?on brand? and focused on increasing reach and engagement.
  • Working closely with internal and external creative partners to create compelling content including video, photo and design.
  • Coordinating with the client, internal team members and third party agencies on marketing calendars and marketing requirements.
  • Partnering with relevant team members and/or outside partners on major product launches and events using traditional and non-traditional media.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all social activities.
  • Analyzing analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, effectiveness to drive improvements in traffic / engagement.
  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Performing other duties when needed.
