We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer (Façade) to join our expanding team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to grow their engineering career in a dynamic and supportive work environment. The role involves direct supervision and coordination of façade system installations, including curtain walls, windows, and sliding systems on-site.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the installation of façade systems, ensuring compliance with approved technical drawings and safety protocolsCoordinate material delivery schedules and monitor inventory at the project siteEnsure accurate alignment and quality of work, while initiating and managing inspections where requiredIdentify and resolve any technical or on-site issues effectively and efficientlyKeep daily site progress reports up to date and participate in site coordination meetingsSupport the snagging process and assist in the final handover of worksWork closely with QA/QC teams, Health & Safety Officers, and project management to ensure timely project deliveryRequirements:Degree in Mechanical EngineeringAt least 2 years of proven experience in façade installation or related site worksExcellent coordination, site supervision, and reporting skillsIf youre ready to take the next step in your engineering journey and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
