Junior RecruiterJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Recruitment Strategy Development: Create effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet the staffing needs of our business.•Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify potential candidates by sourcing and screening resumes to ensure we find the best fit for our roles.•Interview Coordination: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.•Candidate Experience: Build and maintain a positive candidate experience that aligns with our brand and values.•Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.•Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.•Candidate Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.•Job Promotion: Utilize social media platforms and job boards to promote job openings and increase visibility.•Status Updates: Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.•Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.•Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete recruitment records.•Recruitment Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Requirements:•Education: Hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.•Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.•Success in Recruitment: Demonstrate proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.•Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Prioritization and Time Management: Be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.•Applicant Tracking Systems: Be proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.•Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
