Job Description

Role : Junior Lawyer - RetailLocation : Abu DhabiRole Purpose:To provide legal services to Retail Banking.Key Accountabilities of the role Reporting to the Head of Retail and General Banking services Unit, key responsibilities include the following:

  1. Providing legal consultation on EMC system and through legal counsel.
  2. Reviewing contracts, agreements and MOU?s with legal aspect.
  3. To work on standard documentation; prepare amendments (Murabaha), termination of contracts/LGs, and all kind of undertakings.
  4. Undertaking research
  5. Support senior counsels on designated projects.
  6. Support other litigation lawyers as necessary.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
  • Law degree and Legal Practice Course.
  • Legal analytical skills.
  • Arabic and English language skills.
