Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab EmiratesEmployment Type: Full-timeJoining: ImmediateSalary: To be discussedWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior HSE Officer to join our team and uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices at our worksites across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies while fostering a proactive safety culture.Key Responsibilities:· Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs at project sites.· Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, EHSMS (AD/EHSMS if applicable), and other regulatory requirements.· Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to staff and subcontractors.· Maintain accurate records of safety reports, permits, PPE issuance, and incident logs.· Monitor and manage emergency response plans and first aid preparedness.· Liaise with authorities and external auditors during inspections or site visits.· Promote a safe working environment through visible leadership and active engagement.Required Qualifications and Skills:· NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field (Engineering, Safety Management, etc.)· Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction, engineering, or industrial environments (UAE/GCC experience preferred)· Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and industry best practices· Good communication and reporting skills in English
