We’re Hiring: Junior Finance Officer / Real Estate Accountant (2 yrs UAE Experience Required) Female OnlySalary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (Based on Experience)Location: Dubai, UAELiventra Properties L.L.C is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Finance Officer / Real Estate Accountant with hands-on UAE real estate experience. If you have strong financial skills and understand property accounting workflows, this role is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-developing real estate company.Position: Finance Officer / Real Estate AccountantExperience: Minimum 2 years UAE Real Estate accounting experienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree preferredLanguages:Excellent English (required)Urdu / Hindi (preferred)Arabic (advantage)Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting operations and financial entriesHandle accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliationsProcess invoices, payments, rent collections, and petty cashMaintain accurate real estate–related statements and ledgersPrepare monthly financial reports and cash-flow summariesSupport RERA compliance documentation when requiredCoordinate with management on budgeting and expense controlMaintain proper filing and digital record-keeping of all transactionsRequirements:Must hold valid UAE visaBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)Minimum 2 years experience in a UAE real estate company is mandatoryStrong knowledge of real estate accounting proceduresProficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesMandatory Evaluation Presentation (First Stage)Shortlisted candidates must prepare a short bullet-point presentation covering. Accounts Workflow for Property ManagementRent collection cycleHandling deposits, payables, receivablesMonthly owner statements3. Profit & Loss & Portfolio ReportingPreparing P&L for property managementIdentifying variances and financial trends4. Expense HandlingRecording and tracking unit-wise expensesEnsuring proper documentation and approvals5. VAT FilingPreparing VAT-related rental documentsEnsuring compliance with UAE VAT laws6. Payroll SupportAttendance, salary breakdowns, petty cash reimbursements7. Daily Accounting OperationsRent statements, payments, invoices, receipts, collections8.
