The Junior Engineer supports the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing () and Facility Management (FM) teams by assisting in the planning, execution, and maintenance of building systems to ensure efficient operation.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systemsSupport facility management activities including preventive maintenance and repairsCoordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of workMonitor system performance and report issues to senior engineersMaintain accurate documentation and service recordsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsParticipate in site inspections and technical meetingsRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in /FM fieldsBasic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systemsFamiliarity with relevant codes and standardsGood communication and teamwork skills
