Overview:We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join the finance team at our Dubai Investment Park 2 location. This role is suited for a B.Com graduate with solid bookkeeping skills who can start immediately and help maintain smooth daily accounting operations.Key Responsibilities:• Accurately record supplier and customer invoices and post them to the accounting system.• Handle petty cash—verify receipts, record transactions and reconcile balances.• Perform regular bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice matching and vendor communications.• Assist with month-end close activities and prepare basic financial summaries and reports.• Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting and improving record-keeping efficiency.Requirements:• B.Com graduate with strong understanding of accounting principles.• Able to manage supplier/customer invoice booking, petty cash procedures and bank reconciliations.• Excellent MS Excel skills and clear communication abilities.• Available to join immediately.• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
