Job Type: Full-timeSeeking a skilled and organized Junior Accountant to support our financial operations for immediate joining. If you have a passion for precision and efficiency in managing numbers, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, journal entries, and ledgers.– Ensure all expenses are correctly recorded in accordance with accounting principles.– Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.– Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of outstanding amounts.– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.– Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.– Provide timely financial reports to hotel management and stakeholders.– Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.– Ensure compliance with hotel policies, tax laws, and other financial regulations.– Review and analyze operational costs and financial data to identify areas for cost reduction.– Prepare and file tax returns & ensure timely tax submissions.– Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights and financial data that drive strategic decision-making.Qualifications:– MCOM,CMA,ACCA Qualified .– Auditing Firm Experience Preferred– Proven experience with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.– Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.– Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
