Key Responsibilities:Maintain financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.Establish and monitor accounting control procedures.Review and correct accounting documents to ensure accuracy.Maintain and control subsidiary accounting records involving various transactions.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.Support budget and forecast activities.Develop and maintain financial databases.Accurately record and analyze revenues.Analyze business operations, revenue trends, and financial commitments.Close books at year-end after the annual audit.Maintain a structured record-keeping and filing system.Identify bottlenecks in accounting processes and recommend improvements.Maintain ongoing review and reconciliation of customer credit limits and accounts.Ensure timely responses to internal payment and invoice queries.Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate collection efforts.Process approved adjustments, write-offs, and maintain detailed financial records.Communicate with customers and insurance departments regarding accounts receivable.Ensure the confidentiality and security of financial records.Requirements:Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the healthcare sector.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and reconciliation.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
