To support advisory chef in creating new development recipes of easy to use and follow demonstration recipes with specific focus on primary and alternative product applications. This is to include full standardization of each recipe with portion costing and per kg costing, yielding,? To demonstrate products for chef and customers with schedule.? Support sales teams in day-to-day Demos.? Support Advisory chef in new project and big clients? Demos, and QSR.? Working with team for develop new recipes and shooting videos.? Support team with events and exhibitions aligned with advisor chef and team.? Taking care for all CEC in terms of organization and keep the kitchen well maintained.? Organized samples as per require for sales team.? Responsible to maintain the operations, planning and execution of events and demos at the customer engagement center.What will make you successful? Bachelor?s degree in Culinary/ Certified Professional Chef? Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Pastry making? MS Office, Coordination of data collection from multi locations. HACCP, Food hygiene.? Experience at multiple OOH segments is a plus (airline catering, Hotels, Banqueting...)? Excellent communication and presentation skillsDue to high volume of applications, only candidate with relevant experience and background will be contacted.
