Responsibilities:Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery works.Quantify materials, labor, and other resources needed for joinery projects.Prepare detailed and competitive pricing for joinery projects, including breakdowns of costs.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain material and labor quotations.Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and project bids.Requirements:Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator or in a similar role within the construction or joinery industry.Strong knowledge of joinery materials, processes, and construction methods.Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
