Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects.Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to determine project scope.Source and assess materials, labor, and subcontractor costs for efficiency.Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), quotations, and pricing breakdowns.Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.Ensure all estimates align with project timelines and budget.What We?re Looking For:Minimum 2 years of experience in joinery estimation.Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production processes, and market rates.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software (preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
