We are seeking a skilled Joinery Draftsman to prepare detailed drawings and plans for custom joinery, cabinetry, and woodwork projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to produce accurate, efficient, and creative design solutions for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for joinery and woodwork projects using CAD software.Interpret architectural and interior design plans to develop precise joinery layouts.Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand project requirements.Ensure drawings comply with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project changes.Coordinate with manufacturing and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation.Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions.Assist in material estimation and technical specifications for joinery works.Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in joinery or cabinetry drafting.Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and construction processes.Good communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety standards.
