CHEMISTRY TEACHER NEEDED IN THE NORTHERN EMIRATES - AUGUST 2022Salary and Benefits: Tax free fixed monthly salary of AED 15,000. The salary is inclusive of housing allowance. Performance based salary increase from second year of employment. Medical Insurance for self, spouse and 2 children below 18 yrs. of age. Annual travel allowance for self, spouse and 2 children below 18 yrs. of age. UAE visa for self, spouse and 2 children below 18 yrs. of age. 2 free school places for children below 18 yrs. of age. Contract period- 3 years.Job Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Chemistry Qualified Teacher Status with at least 2 years of teaching the subject Able to teach the subject from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 / A-Level and/or DP IB experience preferred Strong preference for applicants who have experience the National Curriculum of England and Wales Commitment for at least 2 years but please note that this is a 3 year contract A willingness to teach children whose first language is not English / not all children are UK expatriatesThe school is a long established entity located in the rugged and picturesque region of the Northen Emirates, coastal and mountainous, and not a terribly long drive from Dubai. The school is private and offers an adapted version of the National Curriculum of England and Wales to a mixed population of expatriates and local students from Early years to Year 13.
