Lead and drive continuous improvement in school operations through Senior Specialists(Assessment), Principals, Vice Principals (Academic) and school middle-management-through application of exemplary knowledge of,and experience in adopting high-impact, pervasive assessmentstrategies oriented to support the development of wellbeing focused learning environments. Assure the impact of coaching, mentoring and development of principals, vice principals and middle-management to secure progressive and sustainable assessment practices that support the progression of schools toward ?Good?, ?Very Good? and ?Outstanding?.The job is based in Abu Dhabi City but will require travel throughout the region.MINIMUM Job Requirements - Qualifications-Master?s degree in Education and Teaching or any related major-Bachelor?s degree in Education and Teaching or any related major-Teacher License (Full, not Transitional)- Maximum age is 57 years at start of contract due to visa restrictions.MINIMUM Job Requirements - Experience-Master with 8+ years of teaching experience with minimum of last 2 years at ?exceeds expectations?in a role equivalent to Senior Specialist, Subject Coordinator or Expert Teacher.Or-Bachelor with 10+ years of teaching experience with minimum of last 2 years at ?exceeds expectations?in a role equivalent to Senior Specialist, Subject Coordinator or Expert Teacher.- Experience implementing and clear evidence of impact on sustained school improvement in exceptionally good school systems / or international school organisations- Experience of working in cross cultural environment settingsBenefits:?Salary of 39000 AED per month (468,000 AED per year), tax free.
