Are you confident, able to influence, challenge and build relationships at all levels?We are recruiting a IVECO and ASTRA Supervisorto join our exceptional Service Department in Abu Dhabi.In this role, the Service Supervisor, is responsible for increasing productivity by driving operational efficiency with a first class, efficient and transparent, experience.Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the repair order goes to the appropriate technician who is best suited
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to meet manufacturer benchmarks (fix it right first time)
  • Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained
  • Assisting in setting and obtaining service sales & profit objectives
  • Controlling workshop activity to ensure profitability is maximized
  • Supporting a high-performance culture and assist with team development
  • Assisting the Workshop Manager/supervisors to supervise the workshop
  • Loading & Scheduling workshop appointments
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Outstanding level of accuracy to achieve departmental goals
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated by positive attitude & drive
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualified/ Mechanically minded
  • Understanding of how this role directly impact customer service results
  • Experience working alongside KPIS
  • Great time management skills
  • Sound computer skills / ERA experience
