Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and network equipment.Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.Provide technical support to students, teachers, and staff.Manage and update the school?s IT inventory and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.Assist with the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for classrooms and events.Ensure the security of the schools data and IT systems.Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.Requirements:Previous experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role, preferably in an educational environment.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to assist non-technical users.Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices.A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
