Key Responsibilities:Manage & Maintain IT Infrastructure:Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems while ensuring high performance, uptime, and timely updates/patches.Provide Technical Support to Users:Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage the IT helpdesk/ticketing system, and assist users in adopting new technologies.Ensure IT Security & Compliance:Implement security policies, conduct system/security audits & vulnerability assessments, manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and ensure data protection.Monitor & Optimize Systems:Continuously monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and ensure system reliability and business continuity.Maintain IT Documentation:Create and update system configurations, network diagrams, SOPs, and log all upgrades, changes, and troubleshooting activities.Network Administration (added advantage):Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and resolve network connectivity issues.
