Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support to users across the organizationTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issuesAssist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systemsMonitor system performance and conduct regular updates and patches to ensure optimal functionalityMaintain IT documentation and reports related to support tickets, installations, and upgradesAssist in the implementation of new IT projects and solutionsManage user accounts, permissions, and access controlsCollaborate with other team members to ensure continuous IT support and smooth operationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience in IT support (2+ years preferred)Strong understanding of networking, systems administration, and IT troubleshootingExperience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and IT security systemsExcellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientationAbility to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentUAE-based experience is a plus
