Location – Abu DhabiSeeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer & System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, as well as overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and security of servers, networks, and related systems.Responsibilities:IT Support:– Provide first and second-level support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues.– Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.– Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage asset tracking.– Document issues, resolutions, and updates in a ticketing system.– Provide remote and on-site support as needed.System Administration:– Manage Windows/Linux servers including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.– Install, configure, and maintain system software and updates.– Ensure data backups are properly conducted and restore processes are tested.– Monitor system performance and implement tuning or upgrades as needed.– Enforce security protocols including firewall configurations, antivirus updates, and access controls.– Maintain and manage cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Azure, AWS, GCP).Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.– Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, RHCSA,CCNA, NCCMP etc.) are a plus.– 2+ years of experience in IT support and system administration.Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
