Key Responsibilities:• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networks• Assist with setup and maintenance of IT hardware and software• Support ERP users and escalate issues when needed• Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates• Document issues and solutions clearly for future reference• Help implement basic IT security practices• Monitor system performance and report issuesRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field• 0–1 years of experience in IT support• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (able to run simple queries)• Familiarity with any ERP system• Understanding of computers, networks, and IT infrastructure• Eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills
