IT SupportJob Location : UAEDuties & Responsibilities :?Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote tools.?Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.?Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.?Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical problems.?Document and maintain accurate records of technical support activities and solutions.?Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.?Conduct regular maintenance and updates of computer systems, software, and security protocols.?Provide user training and guidance on the proper use of IT resources.Minimum Requirements:?Female who can join immediatelyContract 2 months may be extendable.Salary: 6000 AED
