Skills Required:• 10 years Experience (On Prem Experience is a Must)• Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.• Familiarity with macOS would be of added advantage• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).• Operating System Deployment / Upgrade project experience• Desktop and Laptop imaging• Experience in a busy technical support environment• Knowledge of Active Directory and Systems• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN).• Proficiency in remote support tools (SCCM Remote Control, Remote Assistance)• Experience in ITSM/ticketing systems.
