We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to manage and support our organizations information technology systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure, providing technical support and implementing IT solutions to meet organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff and end-users.Monitor network performance and security, addressing issues proactively.Maintain and update IT documentation, inventories, and user manuals.Implement cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.Manage backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.Train staff on new technologies and software applications.Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management.Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
