As an IT Network and Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and securing client IT ecosystems — ensuring smooth operations across networks, endpoints, and cloud platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role (with remote collaboration opportunities).What You’ll Do:Configure and maintain Windows Server environments for client infrastructureManage network devices including Firewalls, Routers, and Wireless Access Points (Fortigate experience preferred)Deploy and troubleshoot Endpoint Security, Email Security, and Backup solutions (Acronis preferred)Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace servicesHandle Windows Desktop OS setup, support, and troubleshootingCollaborate with client and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvementsMaintain up-to-date system documentation and ensure compliance with IT security policiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructureStrong knowledge of Windows Server & Desktop OS, network configuration, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with Fortigate firewalls, Acronis Cyber Security, and Microsoft 365 administrationExperience managing Google Workspace environmentsPreferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / M365 AdministratorFortinet NSE CertificationCompTIA Network+ / Security+Google Workspace Administrator
