The IT In Charge is responsible for overseeing the organization?s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. This role ensures the seamless operation of all technology services, manages IT projects, maintains security protocols, and aligns IT strategies with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the organization?s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect organizational data.Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners.Lead and mentor the IT team, providing technical guidance and support.Maintain documentation related to system configurations, policies, and procedures.Stay updated on emerging technology trends and recommend solutions for business improvement.Prepare and manage the IT department budget.Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master?s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) preferred.Proven experience (5+ years) in managing IT infrastructure and teams.Strong understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and hardware management.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
