About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated IT professional with hotel industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of hotel IT systems, networks, and software, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting all departments with technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:– Provide IT support for hotel systems (PMS, POS, back-office software, etc.)– Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues– Ensure data security, backups, and system updates are in place– Support staff with technical assistance and training– Coordinate with vendors for IT-related requirements– Maintain IT inventory and documentation.Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field– Minimum 2–4 years of IT experience (hospitality industry preferred)– Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, Portal, or similar) and POS systems– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.– Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
