IT ExecutiveRoles & Responsibilities:?Provide on-site assistance to end-users with technical issues and inquiries.?Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Wireless and network problems.?Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network devices, and other IT equipment.?Provide remote assistance when necessary, using Anydesk/remote desktop tools.?Monitor and maintain local area networks (LANs) and IPSec VPN between branches.?-Act as first level point of contact for any IT request and any new implementation for branch facilities.?Prepare monthly reports IT support tickets, IT security incidents and report to IT Manager.Eligibility:?Need experience.?Must be available to join immediatelyLocation: UAE
