The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of systems, networks, and end-user computing environments while supporting business operations.Key Responsibilities-IT Infrastructure & Systems-Install, configure, maintain, and support servers (Windows/Linux), workstations, and IT hardware.-Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access controls.-Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.– Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers.-Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, and security issues.-Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to users (hardware, software, email, printers).-Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/macOS), Outlook, Office 365, and business applications.-Support remote users and mobile devices.
