Job Location: DubaiSeeking a skilled IT Support Engineer -Cloud to join our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting Azure-related issues, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our cloud-based systems.Key Responsibilities:– Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Office 365, and IT service management tools. o Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures– Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support for issues related to Microsoft Azure or Cloud services (VMs, Azure AD, Storage, Networking, etc.)– Monitor and manage Cloud /Azure-based environments for performance, reliability, and cost optimisation.– Provide L1/L2/L3 technical support for issues. Handle service requests and incident tickets via ITSM tools.– Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems– Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.– Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
