On The Wood Restaurants is looking for an IT Coordinator to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure and daily technical operations across branches. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network systems, and must hold a valid UAE driving license for site visits.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and troubleshoot Ethernet cabling, printers, and network connections.Monitor and manage servers and Windows antivirus systems.Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks and Fortinet firewalls.Create and manage company email accounts for staff.Conduct monthly maintenance of IT systems and equipment.Generate and analyze reports from online dashboards and servers.Requirements:Proven experience in IT support or coordination.Strong understanding of networking and system administration.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
