Job Position – IT AssistantCompany Name – Aspire Manpower ServicesMale Candidates with Own Visa.Head OfficeLocation: Abu DhabiExperience: Minimum 2–3 yearsSalary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience)Reporting to: Assistant Manager – IT InfrastructureKey Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, servers).Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.Ensure operating systems and applications are regularly updated and patched.Provide efficient technical support to internal users.Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements.Maintain accurate documentation of system and network configurations.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT/network administration.Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Linux, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and IDS/IPS systems.Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MCSA are a plus.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Additional Requirements:Male candidates only.Must hold own visa or be under family sponsorship.Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.Must be available to join immediately.What We Offer:Competitive salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (based on experience).Supportive and collaborative IT environment.
