IT Application Developer (POWERSCHOOL) | Universal American School | DubaiIT Application Developer (POWERSCHOOL) | Universal American School | DubaiAbout the Role:To define, Lead and manage the application development, architecture, security and recoverability of all application services on apple and windows platform.Key Responsibilities.

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate till completion for the new application development
  • Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
  • Devise an effective design prototypes according to specifications
  • Support an IT security strategy while ensuring compliance with internal policies and country regulations
  • Write high quality source code program and complete applications within deadlines
  • Perform unit integration testing before launch
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing
  • Develop and maintain agile, high speed, secure offshore communication systems
  • Evaluate existing applications to reprogram update and add new features
  • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
  • Design, develop and install - application/reporting enhancements and upgrades
