Job Position – IT AdministratorCompany Name – Island Tower Electromechanical Works LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per monthExperience: Minimum 4 years in IT Infrastructure, Server Management, and SupportJob Summary:Island Tower Electromechanical Works LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high system availability, maintaining security controls, and providing technical support to users across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.Maintain backup and disaster recovery processes.Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.Provide end-user support and conduct regular IT training sessions when necessary.Document system configurations, procedures, and asset inventory.Manage hardware and software procurement and vendor relationships.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Minimum 4 years’ experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.Proven experience with server administration (Windows/Linux), VMware/Hyper-V, and LAN/WAN networks.Solid knowledge in IT security best practices.Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.Preferred Certifications:CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
