This role blends system administration, network security, and field support, ensuring seamless IT operations and high system availability across all locations.Key Responsibilities:Firewall & Network SecurityConfigure, manage, and maintain FortiGate Firewalls (200F & 40E), including policies, VPN setup, and security managementConfigure and maintain Aruba switches and Omada Wi-Fi access points for stable and secure connectivityServer & Systems Management:Configure and manage Sangfor Virtual Machine Servers (DC, ADC, SQL Server, Mail Store, Printer Server)Install and manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, and secure File Share accessMonitor and ensure performance, reliability, and security across all server environmentsAdminister Office 365 accounts including setup, migration, and troubleshootingManage cloud infrastructure and ensure integration with on-premise systemsImplement and maintain Veeam backup solutions for data protection and disaster recoveryUser & Application Support:Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support to employees and internal IT teamManage IT operations and provide on-site support at construction project locationsIT Operations & Procurement:Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systemsMonitor system uptime, network availability, and IT service continuitySupport IT procurement by identifying needs and coordinating purchasesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of firewall administration, networking, and virtualizationExperience with Windows Server, Active Directory & Group PolicyHands-on experience with FortiGate, Aruba, Omada, and Sangfor technologiesProficiency in Office 365 administration and Veeam backupsExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skillsWillingness to travel to multiple construction sites (Self Car required)Must be currently residing in the UAE
