Hiring Inventory Executive – ISO TanksJob Responsibilities:Handle the Laden booking operations of Export / Import movements of ISO Tank containers in Middle East region for respective principalsHandle both Empty & Laden ISO Tank Haulage in coordination with trucking companies / Depots / Agents in Middle East regionHandle Loading list / Discharge list / Transshipment of ISO Tanks in UAE with Dubai trade, Feeders. MLOs.Handle Delivery order / BL Exchange / Issuance of BLCoordinate with respective Depots for incoming tanks acceptance & Tank Release orders (TRO)Maintain accurate daily inventory movement of ISO Tanks in Middle EastTimely and accurate submission of reports to the reporting manager and respective principalsAny other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.Requirements:1 Year minimum UAE experienceThose with direct experience in ISO Tank or Chemical Logistics , or from NVOCC operations background.Well versed with Dubai Trade systems, Terminals, Haulage, Customs clearance, Shipping Liners / Feeder operatorsWell versed with shipping terminologies, INCO terms, Geographical locations / Port namesBe customer service orientedSelf-driven, willingness to put efforts to learn & excel.Excellent English communication skill is needed – will have to communicate with overseas principals in Europe & Asia
