Description: Job purpose:Working as an Individual and as a team member ,fully follows operating procedures , provides inventory control service,ensuring that the stocks are available when needed and that stock moment is accurately tracked and maintained through the entire process and stock loss risks are absolutely minimized .Key Responsibilities:1 Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring optimal stock levels. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies. Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, spoilage, and product obsolescence. Monitor and manage the replenishment process to meet customer demand efficiently. Monitor and manage the returns and control the damages . Prepares Inventory reports to be reviewed with the buyers and commercial manager .2 Demand Planning: Collaborate with the demand planning team to forecast product requirements and ensure adequate stock levels. Analyze historical sales data and market trends to assist in demand forecasting. Adjust inventory levels based on seasonality, promotions, and market changes.3 Effective Communication : Communicate with warehouse in-charge and sales team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries , understanding the requirements and gaps . Manage and resolve any inventory-related issues with purchase department / buyers promptly.4 KPIs ( Key Performing Indicators ) : High quality and availability of stock . Minimum Surplus Inventory . Knowledge or experience in the home and kitchen industry is an advantage. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in inventory control, preferably in a distribution company. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
