Assists the application, submission, process management and reporting of tenders within Middle East Market by coordinating with all required stakeholders such as business partners, customer service, sales & marketing, business lines, legal and regulatory. ? Ability to build a strong collaboration and alignment with all key stakeholders such as Sales team, Technical Business Managers, fellow team members and project controlling team. ? Responsible for calculation of pricing and ensuring timely offer submission to the customer. ? Ensures adherence to internal policies and compliance guidelines. ? Participates in efficient order processing. ? Handles all price related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally. Role Requirements: ? Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent ? Experience in bid proposal, tender management and operations is an advantage ? Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is an additional advantage ? Good Team Player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills ? Good time management skills, Ability to work under pressure in a cross functional setting.
