The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the organization’s internal audit activities. This role provides the opportunity to lead strategic audit initiatives, strengthen governance frameworks, and collaborate with senior leadership to enhance risk management and internal controls across the organization. The Internal Audit Manager ensures effective evaluation of internal controls, risk management, governance processes, and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. The role provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services to enhance operational efficiency and safeguard organizational assets.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 5–10 years of internal audit experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, IFRS, and corporate governance standards.Experience in risk assessment, internal controls, and process improvement.
