Job Description

The primary responsibility of the PMO Coordinator will be to provide Project support and assist in the successful delivery of Projects by coordinating specific activities which could include but not be limited to, document management, planning, risk or financial management.Sets up and maintain all Project / Program documentationCo-ordinate the following: data collection from all members of the projects, consolidating that data and providing summary reports for stakeholders, maintaining document control for the Program?s governanceOrganize periodic review in collaboration with the Project Manager, prepare status reports with clear presentation of the status of the projectsTrack all identified action points with individual stakeholders for closure. Build good relationship with stakeholders and proactively follow-up for closureCoordinate with customer Project Manager, organize meetings and represent Bosch team and anchor meetingsMeet customer project manager and team periodically in person to assure the customer.Periodically visit customer location and push for pending deliverables from Customer sideUnderstand customer concerns and address them by defining action plan in collaboration with offshore project manager.Participate in project workshops and anchor from customer locationProject periodic feedback collection from customerPending PO, SOW, Milestone approval and payments follow up with customerSupport in presales, customer presentations, demosDiscuss with customer and understand their IT landscape and look for mining/cross selling possibilities.QualificationsGraduation with first class gradesCertification in project management courses preferableAdditional InformationYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
