What you will be doing:Reporting to the Head of the Department, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills
  • To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations
  • To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues
  • To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment
  • To assist the Senior Heartist in any task outlined/detailed by him/her
  • To take time and get to know the guests, and to be committed to service excellence
  • To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Flexible member of the department and willing to assist other members of the team when required
  • Understand and adhere to the property?s policies and procedures
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
  • Internship in an International hotel chain experience, an advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to organize workflow
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to speak clearly and write in English
  • Ability to use the computer and related programs
  • Friendly and well-balanced personality, helpful and has a professional attitude
  • A commitment of study agreement within six months
