• Have fun and will get challenged at the same time working in a team with individuals from Dubai to South Africa to the UK. You will have operational task on the days you work and at the same time drive a project at your own leisure
• Support Services Sales with part of the process together with your colleagues. This can include pricing, quote and contract creation, deal approval and signatures.
• Assist the Sales team in the deal review and approval process, ensuring correct contract templates and processes are adhered to for full compliance
• Work with the relevant teams or individuals (across Delivery, Commercial, Legal and Business Approvers) to enable efficient deal processing and bring in your ideas to improve the process
• Support or drive some exciting projects across the region to drive efficient processing and great customer service

You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.This work can be done in parallel to university and the amount of days is flexible and can also be adjusted depending on university schedules.

• Have a positive and pragmatic get it done attitude
• Willingness to build a strong internal network in and outside of UAE
• Enrolled in Univerisity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to follow defined processes for deal execution and assure high quality of output
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel and Word
