Required Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in design and visualization software: AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit, and rendering tools.Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, materials, and finishes.Good knowledge of joinery, furniture detailing, and interior construction.Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design ideas to clients.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.Familiarity with construction site processes, contractor coordination, and quality control.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, preferably in fit out or turnkey projects.A compelling portfolio showcasing completed projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality) is mandatory.Experience with turnkey interior fit-out (design through execution) is a plus.
