Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level, specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICUMonitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and lab resultsAdminister medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed by the medical teamAssist in life-saving procedures and manage emergency situations effectivelyCollaborate with physicians and medical staff to develop patient care plansEnsure the maintenance of hygiene and infection control standardsRequirements:Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid licenseMinimum 2 years of ICU nursing experienceAdvanced knowledge of ICU equipment and proceduresStrong ability to handle emergencies and work under pressureExcellent communication and teamwork skills
