Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all insurance related tasks and procedures within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities

  • Manage and update insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain and renew insurance coverage for the organization and its clients
  • Review and analyze insurance contracts to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement
  • Prepare insurance reports and analyze data to monitor trends and make recommendations for cost-saving strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to review insurance claims and negotiate settlements when necessary
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, agents, and clients to gather and provide information and resolve any issues
  • Train and educate team members on insurance policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with external auditors for insurance audits
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance procedures, policies, and regulations
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
