The HSE Instructor will be responsible for ensuring co-ordination and managing a professional standard of the following activities in order to achieve the maximum possible profit for the centre:1.To ensure that theoretical teaching and practical safety training is originated, developed and maintained in a competent manner following current local and International recognized standards2.To ensure that Standards of Safety performance are maintained to the highest standard and in accordance with the Company H.S.E. Management System.Responsible with everyday training arrangements, co-operate with Administrative staff and client personnelAssist the General Manager with the development of new and existing course syllabus.Conduct classroom theory and practical sessions as and when required as per GTSC Quality Standard.To support all other training programs as and when required within the capacity of qualificationsAssist the General Manager in the operations, maintenance of any items in the department and supervision of all other staff in the department.Effective use of the training program and enter the data to the system immediately after each courseAssist training coordinator to ensure timely issuance of certificates and passport stickers by doing the course completion in the stipulated time.Conduct Safety Induction Program for OPITO Courses as per the standard.Respond correctly in Emergency situations.
