Key Responsibilities:• Conduct scheduled inspections of vacant units.• Check for cleanliness and maintenance needs.• Report issues (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Civil, ELV) with photos and notes.• Coordinate with Facilities and Housekeeping teams.• Support the handover/takeover process of units.• Maintain accurate inspection reports and records.Requirements:• 1–2 years of experience in property/facility management (UAE experience preferred).• Knowledge of building maintenance (AC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil).• Good communication and reporting skills.• Knowledge of building materials, maintenance processes, and cost estimation.• UAE Driving License (Mandatory)Location: DubaiEmployment Type: Full-time
