Key Responsibilities:1 To perform test/inspection of Lifting gears, Lifting Equipment and Pressure Equipment2 To perform test/inspection of Cradle, Passenger hoists, Escalator, Elevator, Travellator, MEWP and all man riding equipment 3 Prepare, review and approve test procedures and lifting plans4 Conduct site survey and prepare work/project plan and estimation5 Develop and execute various customized load test method and procedure6 Perform duties of Lifting Supervisor / Lifting Engineer on site7 Conduct failure analysis or incident investigation8 Provide consultation service and lifting solutions to clients9 Handle technical queries and clarification from sales team10 To carry out, witness and endorse tests/inspections.11 Prepare and deliver various vocational and health & safety training courses 12 Adhere company safety policies and procedures13 Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment for various inspection activities14 Conduct tool box talks, safety inspections and safety meetings15 Report near misses and accidents/incidents immediately to the concerned person16 Carry out duties in accordance with the company procedures/work instructions.17 Report and log test instruments usage and defective equipment (if any)18 Report and maintain calibration status of test instruments19 Providing technical training and inputs to new engineers / workshop staffs20 Prepare and submit certificates/reports of completed test/inspection on time21 Actively attend and participate company trainings and seminars
