Since 2000, CDT has served industries such as chemical processing, power, environmental, water and wastewater treatment — building long-term client relationships through dependable products and technical support.Role Summary:We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our project quoting, order coordination and customer-facing activities. The ideal candidate will be an Electrical Engineer with strong attention to detail, experience handling high-volume E&I orders, and familiarity with tender documentation and BOQs.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender submissions.• Review project drawings, specifications and scope documents to ensure clarity for estimations.• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to collect pricing, lead times and material details.• Assist senior estimators with bid strategies and commercial evaluations.• Maintain and update estimate records, revising figures as project details change.• Learn and use industry estimation tools and software to improve efficiency.• Manage inquiries and support pre-order and post-order processing to ensure customer satisfaction.Candidate Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the GCC, preferably handling Electrical & Instrumentation orders.• Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential); experience with estimation software is a plus.• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail and organizational skills.• Good communicator and team player, able to liaise with technical, procurement and sales teams.
